Elaine Sans Souci was born and raised in Rhode Island. She taught high school English ,Speech and Drama until marrying and starting her family. She then joined her husband as a sales person and customer service expert in the sales of Jostens high school and college rings. She then managed the restaurant they owned until that was sold and they came West.
Elaine’s background in customer service translated easily into the real estate business. She was Rookie of the year when, she began in 1986 and continued to excel. She built her business into Team Sans Souci and until recently most team members were family. Team Sans Souci joined Keller Williams when it came to Arizona..Team Sans Souci became Platinum Award winners many times frequently doing more than 100 transactions and has always been involved with the ALC and the growth and protection of KW culture. She is a member of Keller William’s Hall of Fame for its culture builders.
Elaine has been on the Board of Directors at House of Refuge for many years. She has also been instrumental in the implementation of Red Day and Just 1 Home. Elaine is a firm believer that you get by giving and willingly shares her time and talents with those in need. When not going about the business of real estate you’ll most likely find her decorating, cooking or playing with her grand children.
