Raised in New York and a graduate of Cornell University, Hani Aldulaimi has been living and focusing on Real Estate in Arizona for over ten years. While working with Chevron Corporation, Hani was involved in new business acquisitions, asset management, and real estate development of service stations and retail centers in the Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas and Southern California markets. He has represented tenants and landlords, as well as buyer and sellers, in locating and negotiating office, retail, industrial and land leases/sales. Hani also has expertise in the areas of multi-family investments, gas station/ c-store/ car wash sales, 1031 exchanges and investor relations. He is a KWEV Agent Leadership Council member, an active investor and developer, licensed residential and commercial general contractor and founder of the Commercial Petroleum Group. Hani has been integral in the development of over 50 retail projects with a value of over $150,000 and has overseen the transactions of an additional 80 properties totaling over $250,000,000. Hani is committed to utilizing the latest technology, market research and business strategies to exceed clients’ expectations one deal at a time.
