Ryan has been licensed in Arizona since May of 2007. While attending school and testing, he didn’t realize that the Phoenix Area Real Estate Market had begun its decent. After receiving his license, he had to put together a solid business plan in order to reach success. Using his technology background, Ryan began to create niche websites that generated enough leads which enabled him to hire his first buyer specialist, who has developed into the Lead Buyer Specialist and now runs the entire Melville Team. This has allowed Ryan to start another partnership and Arizona Property Professionals, which specializes in helping homeowners through the short sale process.
