As our CEO/Team Leader Doug Sutton often says, “Knowledge without application and integration is meaningless”, this couldn’t be more true when it comes to real estate agents and their goals.  You can have all of the best training, educating, and consulting in the world provided for you however without integrating and applying what you have learned, you will continually fail to achieve your goals.

At Keller Williams Realty East Valley, we offer both one on one and group coaching and accountability to assure you are on track to accomplish your goals. Just think about how many people, each year, around the first of the year set out to make their annual New Years Resolutions.  Many of these revolve around diet and exercise as an example.  Health clubs have a tremendous spike each year in new memberships around this time and the new members often show up consistently, for a week or so.  What happens then is they go back to old patterns of behavior.

This is very similar to what happens in real estate.  At Keller Williams Realty East Valley, we have a structure set up similar to having a personal trainer and a nutritionist, overseeing your every move with diet and exercise.  They have facilitated the process of you laying out a plan and will keep you accountable to the actions that are necessary, in the order they are required, to produce the results you truly want. The end result for you will be you moving towards your goals, one step at a time, while assuring that you don’t “drift” off course on the way to your goals.
