Amy Lines graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in Sociology and Business Management. Throughout her college years Amy worked for a local coffeehouse in Southern California and then, upon her college graduation, went on to become the General Manager of their flagship location in Irvine California. Amy met her husband Garrett while living in California and then the two moved to Arizona in 1997. They now have two boys, Chandon and Jaden both sports fanatics.
Amy obtained her real estate license in 1998 and immediately joined Keller Williams Realty in Ahwatukee. In 1999 Amy was part of the core group that formed Keller Williams Realty East Valley and she closed the very first transaction in the new office. In 2001 Amy’s husband Garrett obtained his real estate license and joined her at Keller Williams Realty East Valley. Between 2001-2010 Amy and Garrett closed over 450 transactions and were consistently ranked in the top 20% of agents in the East Valley.
In her role as an Agent Leadership Council member for five years Amy has served on the both the Finance Committee and Education Committee, helping the East Valley market center maintain profitability and accountability to the agents. Amy has a passion for teaching and has taught countless classes at the market center ranging from business management to broker policy.
After obtaining her broker’s license in 2008 Amy was asked to be an active part of the broker team at Keller Williams Realty East Valley. As the Reviewing Broker, Amy is responsible for reviewing approximately 400 transaction files each month as well as answering agents’ questions regarding broker policy.
In 2011 Amy accepted the position of Market Center Administrator at Keller Williams Realty East Valley. In this role Amy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the market center as well as handling all of the finances, over-seeing the staff and, most importantly, paying out all commissions!
