After getting his real estate license at the age of 20 while still in college at Illinois State University, Doug became a student of many of the top real estate and professional growth consultants. After a few short years, he was consistently one of the top real estate agents in his marketplace while still attending college. Doug has also served as a Director of Sales and Marketing for large real estate developers in Illinois and Arizona, serving as a right hand while assisting in all development operations from start to finish.

As a result of the influence that many of his mentors have had in his life, Doug followed a career in the personal and professional growth industry. Prior to joining the team at Keller Williams Realty East Valley, Doug most recently served as a Vice President of Business Development for Robbins Research International and Chet Holmes International while assisting business owners in generating more revenues for their businesses and more fulfilling lives.

Doug is excited to be a part of Keller Williams Realty East Valley and to have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the market center and the quality of life of each of our associates. In addition to leading the market center as a whole, Doug performs high level consulting with top agents in the office.
