I moved to Arizona in Junior High (1976) so I have experienced most of the explosive growth of the East Valley. I am married and have three step-daughters and three grandchildren. My husband Roger is a General Contractor.
Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty East Valley I was the Broker/Owner for a RE/MAX office and before that I was the Operations Manager for a Century 21 office. My decision to leave the RE/MAX brand and join Keller Williams Realty East Valley was not about dissatisfaction with RE/MAX. Rather, it was a matter of catching the cultural fever that exists here.
I first became aware of Keller Williams nearly a decade ago and from an outside perspective I have watched the phenomenal growth of Keller Williams not only here but nationwide. I often asked myself, “What is that they are doing that is so different from what everyone else is doing”? I was finally able to answer that question the first time I sat down with Scott Agnew to discuss possible opportunities for me here at Keller Williams Realty East Valley—and as they say the rest is history. From that very first meeting I knew that this company was a place that embraced the same set of personal and professional values as me.
My philosophy as a Broker is pretty simple. I believe my primary role as your Designated Broker is to twofold:
